Quality Control (QC) Services
QC Scheduling Request (Step 1)Step 1: To request services, please book your request on the calendar at least 2 weeks in advance. The date and time selected should represent the date that you would like to drop off samples. Within the reservation, choose from one of the services offered and input the quantity of samples. Step 2: Complete the QC Service Request Form and send to stemcellcore@chla.usc.edu. Step 3: Drop off your samples (SRT303B or SRT306B). |
