    • ExoView R100 platform: based on immunocapture/fuorescent staining
    • Classical SDS-PAGE and immunoblotting
  • Exosomal RNA analysis by TaqMan-based quantitative real-time PCR
  • Generation of EV-depleted FBS
  • Accessible instruments by trained users (see below for scheduling):
    • Nanosight NS300 for NTA
    • BioRad CFX96 for qPCR

NanoSight NS300 (For trained users only)

NanoSight NS300 (For trained users only)

The Malvern Panalytical NanoSight NS300 uses the technology of Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA).
Automated analysis of the size distribution and concentration of all types of nanoparticles and extracellular vesicles from 20nm to 1000nm in diameter.

Training is required for unassisted use

 

 

Ultracentrifuge (For trained users only)

Ultracentrifuge (For trained users only)

The use of the ultracentrifuge is complimentary.

The users should be added to their PI's IBC protocol. Please provide current IBC approval memo.

Training is required for unassisted use.

Users that request access to the instrument will be able to independently perform a variety of chromatograpic applications, including but not limited to:

  • Desalting or buffer exchange
  • Affinity Chromatography
  • Ion exchange chromatography
  • Size exclusion chromatography

 

 

Bio-Rad CFX96 (For trained users only)

Bio-Rad CFX96 (For trained users only)

This sytem can be used for 96 well based quantitative real-time PCR experiments.

Training is required for unassisted use.

 

 

 

Tangential Flow Filtration (For Trained Users Only)

 The use of the tangential flow filtration system is complimentary.
